A sacred space to cultivate the feeling of safety within. Through this class you will tap into the practice of holding yourself wholly as you’re guided to become heavy in presence. This is the time and space to connect with your soul through the awareness of the elements.

You’ll receive 5 minutes of education and 15-minutes of deep soul connection, where you will be guided to connect with the energetic centers in your body and the elements: earth, water, fire, and air. An invitation to release tension from your body, reconnect with your emotional landscape, and activate your intuitive powers.

Get ready to experience something different. It’s an invitation to surrender to the present moment, and allow everything else to dissolve.

Meet Your Teacher

Istara Nicole is a Puerto Rican born and raised Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher, Women Circle Facilitator, and Intuitive Energy Guide. She found Yoga in 2013 while battling a sharp pain in her low back and instantaneously fell in love with physical and mental practice. Two years after initiating her practice, she decided to do her 200-hour certification and immediately started teaching.

Through years of practice in and out of the mat, life experiences and continued education she has developed her own unique style of teaching with her trauma-informed background forefront, and rooted down to the notion that:

1. We are all different, and different things work for different people. 

2. No one knows better what we need than ourselves. 

She focuses her teachings through Yoga and Meditation in deepening the connection with the body and intuition. Building connection with the inner-wisdom we all have.
